Summer Camping – Cornet Bay June 27-30, 2024

Dear Community Members,

As the weather warms up and nature beckons, We are thrilled to announce an upcoming camping adventure right in our backyard!

Event Details:

• Location: Cornet Bay, nestled within the iconic Deception Pass State Park.
• Date: June 27 – 30, 2024, Thursday through Sunday, 3 nights
• Activities: Hiking, beach exploration, swimming, and more!
• Accommodations: We have secured the Cornet Bay Retreat Center, surrounded by ancient trees, wildlife, and breathtaking views of Mount Baker and the bay. There are cabins for roughly 70 people and will be first come first serve basis. There are plenty of spots for tents.
• Recreation Hall: The recreation hall boasts a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for communal meals. Kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, and pans are provided.
• Outdoor Fun: Volleyball, basketball, and an outdoor amphitheater with a firepit await us. Let’s gather around the fire, share stories, and enjoy the starlit nights.
